Solo Flight
Well since the boy was turning 16 we figured it was time we let him drive on his own a bit.
What were you expecting?!
BOOM! That just happened. Last month.
Yes I am still playing catch up on my Summer posts...
Next up: Fourth of July fireworks!

Savannah, I got this one in honor of you!
And there it is on fire...
With lots of pretty colors...
And look, there's the monkey face!
Pretty stars.
This one was called the "Staff of Ra."
I wonder how they came up with that name.
Finn with his mama.

The Grass is always Greener
This is how you move cows to a different pasture to graze...
(I told you happy cows come from Californians)

Pretty Flowers
I wanted to get some pictures of my flowerbeds. They have done so beautifully this year. I was afraid we might be heading for another bad drought but then the rains started and everything has just taken off growing. :)
Rufus came out and was kind enough to pose for my pictures.
Pretty Skies
I love Missouri skies!
If you look at it sideways it almost looks like you're in the barrel?
At a really scary angle! lol

Ah the Traffic out here!
Coming home the other day, driving down "my" street, we saw this in front of us.
There's something about slowing down.
Giving a moment to look around and take in the beauty that we go flying by, hardly noticing, every day.
It's those little things that bring such peace.
How lucky I am that this is "my" street.
